You will have as much input as you like. Our design team will work closely with you from start to finish, taking on board all your ideas and preferences. We offer a fully collaborative process so you are involved in every step of creating your dream costume.
How do I know if I have taken my measurements correctly?
We provide a simple, easy-to-follow video measurement guide to walk you through each step. Our team is also always available by phone or email to assist you and answer any questions about the measurement process. Accuracy is important to us so we take every care to ensure a perfect fit.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit will be €300 for a bespoke dress and €150 for a bespoke waistcoat.
How much will my costume be?
The price of your costume will depend on a number of factors including the complexity of the design, the number of stones used, and any additional accessories requested. Our team will provide you with a full breakdown of costs during your consultation so there are no surprises.
How do I pay for my costume?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. A deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due before collection or delivery of your costume.
Will I receive any extra accessories?
Yes, depending on your order, you may receive a matching headdress, dress bag, and other accessories. These can be discussed and agreed upon during the design consultation process. We aim to provide a complete, stage-ready package for every dancer.
How long is the wait between consultation and collection?
Lead times can vary depending on the time of year and our current workload. As a general guide, you should allow approximately 4 to 6 months from consultation to collection. We always recommend booking early, especially ahead of major competitions.
How long is the shipping process?
Shipping times will depend on your location. For Ireland and the UK, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. For international orders, please allow 5 to 10 working days. All costumes are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit.
